Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation is simply the best insulating material available today. It can seal your home from air and moisture intrusion, save on expensive home heating and cooling costs, strengthen your home, and protect your family’s health from dangerous mould, airborne pollutants, and other allergens.
Where can spray foam be installed ?
Walls, Attics, Cathedral Ceilings, Basements, Crawl spaces, Garage ceilings, Concrete slabs, Coolers, Hot Tubs, Swimming Pools, Ice Rinks, Truck bodies, Boats, Tanks, Swimming pools
Vehicles, farm buildings, Etc.
Mike Holmes Talks about Walltite Eco
Walltite Eco Spray Foam
made from renewable vegetable oils and recycled plastics, blended into a high performance spray polyurethane foam
Spray foam Insulation saves on energy costs and lowers utility bills. It is used to seal the entire “building envelope” of your home to prevent air and moisture infiltration. Air infiltrates your home in the form of drafts through walls, electrical sockets, windows, doorways and other penetrations. The need for additional air or vapour barriers is often eliminated, providing additional savings during construction.
The Polyurethane Foam that Georgian Insulation Systems, installs, is Walltite Eco as seen on the Mike Holmes TV show. This spray foam is an excellent insulation material for all areas of construction. A modern custom building is expected to be an energy efficient building. Today’s educated building owners are demanding the superior, long term efficiency and performance that are only achieved with spray foam insulation.
Walltite Eco, is made from renewable vegetable oils and recycled plastics, blended into a high performance spray polyurethane foam. Walltite Eco, meets all the requirements of the National Building code of Canada and provides in one step, a long-term thermal resistance, an air barrier material and a vapour barrier. Walltite Eco, provides an aged R-value of R6.5 per inch; it also significantly improves the racking strength of a building by as much as 300%.
You know that even the highest performing system will not work if it is not installed correctly. We make sure it is done right. Only certified, approved applicators who have undergone the rigorous BASF training can install Walltite Eco. No one else.
The installed spray foam is monitored for density, adhesion and cohesion. The product batch number and installation conditions are recorded and submitted to BASF for on going testing and quality re-assurance. We are proud to install this premium spray foam product.

Walltite Eco=High R-Value
monthly energy and utility savings of 40% or more can be achieved
Walltite Eco Sprayed polyurethane foam has an aged R-value of approximately R 6.5 per inch, enabling it to provide more thermal resistance with less material than any other type of commercial insulation. The R-value surpasses competing spray foams. SPF systems are frequently used to insulate and protect a wide variety of residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial buildings.
Monthly energy and utility savings of 40% or more can be achieved when compared to the traditional fiberglass products. The cost of insulating with spray foam insulation can often be recovered in less than 5 years, simply through energy savings alone
Spray foam Prevents Air, Moisture and Gas Infiltration
spray foam forms to the substrate, creating a superior insulating barrier
Studies have shown that as much as 40% of a building’s total energy loss is due to air infiltration and air leakage. Spray Foam not only adheres to, but forms to the walls and floors to create a tight seal and insulating barrier that stops random air leakage.
